Rule 19
According to the Act
and this regulation, the record should be kept when giving notice, when giving notice to the victim by verbal, telephone or electronic means, the record should be kept as follows:-
(a) If the victim has been verbally informed, a paper file should be attached with the signatures of the victim and the informant stating the behavior and the date, time and place of the information,
(b) If the victim has been informed by telephone, the details including the telephone number, date, time and manner of the information should be prepared in writing and attached to the file, certified by the signature of the officer who informed, If possible, print it out and attach the file, and if it is not possible to print it, the address of the electronic medium or email account and the date and time of sending the information should be certified and attached by the officer who provided the information.
(a) If the victim has been verbally informed, a paper file should be attached with the signatures of the victim and the informant stating the behavior and the date, time and place of the information,
(b) If the victim has been informed by telephone, the details including the telephone number, date, time and manner of the information should be prepared in writing and attached to the file, certified by the signature of the officer who informed, If possible, print it out and attach the file, and if it is not possible to print it, the address of the electronic medium or email account and the date and time of sending the information should be certified and attached by the officer who provided the information.
